About the Role
You will build automation, tooling, observability, and deployment systems for enterprise AI workloads. You will troubleshoot AI platforms and LLM integrations, optimize provider integrations and agentic workflows, improve RAG reliability, and partner with internal teams to resolve recurring technical issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or AI infrastructure experience
- Enterprise AI platform and LLM integration experience
- Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini experience
- API integration, prompt operations, and token management skills
- Linux administration skills
- Python or Bash scripting and automation skills
- Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Kubernetes experience
- Production infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and troubleshooting knowledge
Responsibilities
- Build tooling, automation, and self-service solutions for AI operations
- Troubleshoot escalations involving LLM integrations, APIs, and system performance
- Manage Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini integrations
- Develop observability, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
- Optimize agentic workflows, orchestration layers, vector databases, and RAG systems
- Partner with internal teams to improve enterprise AI capabilities
