About the Role
You will audit current marketing, growth, and community processes, identify repetitive work, and build reliable AI-powered automations. You will create content-production workflows, automate collateral and social drafts, encode brand voice into reusable resources, and document and hand off every workflow.
Requirements
- 2+ years building automation, integrations, or internal tooling, including experience supporting marketing, growth, or community teams
- Experience building production workflows with LLM APIs, including prompt design, structured outputs, and output-quality evaluation
- Proficiency with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Python or TypeScript skills
- Experience integrating social, email, CRM, and community-platform APIs
- Ability to handle authentication, rate limits, and failures
- Portfolio of shipped workflows that remain in operation
- Strong written judgment for evaluating on-brand AI output
Responsibilities
- Map and measure the current blog-production workflow
- Build automated workflows and agents for research, drafting, fact checking, SEO metadata, formatting, and CMS publishing
- Maintain human editing and approval steps before publishing
- Encode brand voice in reusable prompts, style guides, and examples
- Automate marketing and sales collateral creation from templates and existing materials
- Create on-brand social and community drafts from published posts
- Document workflows and conduct a handoff for ongoing operation and adjustment
