About the Role
You will design experiments and proofs of concept that apply current research to high-value customer problems. You will develop, deploy, validate, and monitor LLM and NLP systems; evaluate models; collaborate on application integration; and translate research findings into production software.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software-development experience focused on applied machine-learning systems
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with NLP and text-processing libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Apache Tika
- Experience with search and indexing technologies
- Machine-learning techniques and algorithms
- Experience with foundation models and their APIs
- Statistical-analysis and data-scraping knowledge
- Experience developing NLP models and systems
- Problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to translate research into production software systems
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data and implement insight-generation systems
- Explore and iterate on LLM and NLP techniques
- Develop and deploy machine-learning models and algorithms
- Improve NLP and LLM capabilities in applications
- Integrate agentic capabilities into systems and applications
- Maintain efficient and monitored systems
- Iterate on validation and testing frameworks
