About the Role

You will build and ship agentic product experiences, from prototypes through general availability. You will design reliable AI harnesses, execution flows, guardrails, and evaluations; work across the API, backend, orchestration, and frontend; turn research workflows into customer features; and resolve customer issues quickly.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building and shipping software applications
Experience building AI or LLM-powered products, agents, or agentic workflows
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Ability to understand systems, models, and harnesses deeply
Proficiency in Python and fluency in at least one other language
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
Ability to work across customer-facing products and internal tooling
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Build and ship agentic product experiences from prototype to general availability
Design AI harnesses, execution flows, and production guardrails
Build internal AI automation and tooling
Turn research workflows into customer-facing features
Define and instrument evaluations for output quality
Implement end-to-end features across the stack
Use training and inference products to understand customer workflows
Replace manual processes with AI systems
Fix bugs and resolve customer issues urgently
