About the Role
You will serve as a technical advisor to startup founders and engineers. You will guide evaluations, architecture decisions, Claude deployments, and expansion; develop evaluation frameworks; gather startup insights for internal teams; and travel for customer workshops and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, software engineering, or technical founding
- Experience with startups or high-growth technology companies
- Experience building and scaling AI products
- Production experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
- Context engineering
- Evaluation frameworks
- Modern AI architectures
- Python
- LLM frameworks, tools, and integration patterns
- Technical communication skills
- Experience selling technical products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate startup requirements into technical solutions
- Advise startups through evaluation, deployment, and expansion
- Develop evaluation frameworks for startup use cases
- Guide founders and engineering teams on technical architecture
- Gather startup use-case and deployment insights for Product and Engineering
- Travel to customer sites, startup events, and industry conferences
