About the Role

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers adopting Claude. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, guide architecture and integration decisions, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, and coordinate stakeholders through deployment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
Python
Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or a machine learning or data science background
Technical communication skills
Experience communicating with executives, engineering teams, and IT teams

Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Advise enterprise customers from discovery through deployment
Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Work
Deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives
Guide technical architecture and Claude integration decisions
Help customers develop evaluation frameworks
Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
