About the Role
You will serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal stakeholders across Southeast Asia. You will guide AI and machine learning evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, develop solutions, support proof-of-concept delivery, and travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Have experience in a customer-facing technical role focused on AI and machine learning software and hardware
- Have strong Python programming skills
- Be familiar with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Have experience with scalable AI solutions and cloud application deployment
- Be able to install, move, and repair servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Responsibilities
- Guide technical evaluations and deployments
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Develop solutions for customer AI and machine learning workloads
- Support installations, maintenance, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery
- Travel to customer sites throughout Southeast Asia
