About the Role
You will guide digital native businesses through Claude discovery, evaluation, and deployment. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, create technical content for varied audiences, guide architecture decisions, develop evaluation frameworks, and share integration insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical customer-facing experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Digital native business, technology company, or scale-up experience
- Technical communication

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Advise digital native customers throughout discovery, evaluation, and deployment
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work
- Create technical content for engineering teams, executives, and founders
- Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks
- Share common integration patterns and product insights internally
- Travel occasionally to customer sites
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
