About the Role
You will act as a pre-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers across Australia. You will translate requirements into technical solutions, guide Claude adoption and deployment, support Claude API and Claude for Work integrations, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, and share integration insights with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical customer-facing experience
- Enterprise customer experience
- Technical communication skills
- Scalable cloud architecture design experience
- Enterprise systems integration experience
- Python
- Knowledge of LLM frameworks and tools or machine learning or data science background
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Advise enterprise customers through Claude adoption and deployment
- Support Claude API and Claude for Work integrations
- Deliver technical content to technical and executive audiences
- Guide technical architecture decisions
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
