About the Role
You will act as a technical advisor for strategic customers, helping them ideate and develop applications using open-source models. You will run complex demonstrations and proofs of concept across hardware and software, qualify prospects with sales, support deployments, and share customer feedback with product, engineering, and research stakeholders. You will also create solution playbooks, blogs, demos, and other educational tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- At least 2 years of pre-sales experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to map business needs to technical solutions
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, GPU technology, and high-performance computing environments
- Understanding of training, fine-tuning, and inference for open-source LLMs
- Python and JavaScript proficiency
- Experience building prototypes on API platforms
- Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, and Docker familiarity
- Project prioritization and context-switching ability
Responsibilities
