About the Role
You will participate in the delivery of enterprise AI projects for overseas customers. You will conduct customer interviews, business research, and use-case analysis, turning unclear problems into verifiable AI scenarios. You will rapidly develop AI Agents, demos, proofs of concept, and AI applications using LLM, RAG, tool-use, and workflow technologies. You will contribute to backend or full-stack development, APIs, data processing, integration, deployment testing, evaluation, and issue diagnosis. You will document reusable code, prompts, evaluation assets, knowledge bases, and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Overseas study background
- Computer science background is preferred
- Python, Java, Go, Node.js, SQL, API, and Git knowledge
- Backend or full-stack development capability
- Experience developing LLM, AI Agent, RAG, tool-calling, or workflow projects
- Fluent English for English meetings and technical communication
Responsibilities
- Conduct overseas customer interviews, business research, and use-case analysis
- Turn ambiguous customer problems into verifiable AI scenarios
- Develop AI Agent demos, proofs of concept, and applications
- Contribute to backend or full-stack development, API development, data processing, system integration, deployment testing, and issue diagnosis
- Support Agent evaluation, performance optimization, and production validation
- Document reusable code, Agents, prompts, evaluation assets, knowledge bases, and delivery methods
- Coordinate with FDE, consulting, product, engineering, sales, and customer teams
