About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI agents for enterprise customers. You will design agent logic, guardrails, integrations, evaluations, and regression tests; troubleshoot technical and model failures; and translate customer requirements into implementation plans and internal documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Native or business-level written and spoken English and French
- Ability to write code, work with APIs, and build and validate integrations
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions
- Ability to translate requirements into implementation plans and drive delivery
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and execution of AI agent builds from scoping through production deployment
- Design and engineer agentic logic to optimize quality, reliability, and correctness
- Engineer and validate guardrails and supervisory controls
- Build and test integrations, tools, APIs, and workflows with customer systems
- Define success criteria and system requirements with senior customer stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve technical and probabilistic failures
- Design evaluation and regression-testing frameworks
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation and platform feedback
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver repeatable agent builds
