About the Role
You will act as a pre-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them from discovery through deployment. You will design scalable Claude integrations, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support customer success.

Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Advise enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives
- Guide technical architecture decisions and Claude integrations
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for Claude use cases
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- Collaborate across time zones as the technical expert for India
