About the Role
You will work directly with customers to understand their technical and business needs and build end-to-end AI-powered applications. You will define project scope and implementation plans, deploy solutions in customer infrastructure, and iterate rapidly on prototypes using feedback. You will collaborate with sales, solution architects, customer success, and product colleagues, document lessons learned, and help improve delivery practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering or customer-facing experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site customer collaboration
- Experience building rapid prototypes and iterating from user feedback
- Experience deploying AI or machine-learning solutions
- Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
- Frontend development skills with React or Next.js
- Backend development skills with Python or Node.js
- Data analysis skills with MaxCompute, ClickHouse, or SQL databases
- Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Huawei Cloud
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
