About the Role

You will lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design for customers. You will translate needs into secure, trust-enabled systems, deliver demos and proofs of concept, build prototypes and reference implementations, and guide deployments through adoption. You will document architectures and compliance considerations, represent the organisation at events, and turn customer insights into reusable patterns and product input.

Requirements

At least 4 years of total experience
2+ years in a technical customer-facing role
Engineering foundation in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures
Experience writing code, integrating systems, and prototyping
Experience across startup and enterprise environments
Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, cryptography, or decentralised identity models
Hands-on experience with AI systems and modern development tooling
Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and business audiences
Experience guiding customers from discovery to production adoption
Mandarin language skills

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design
Translate customer needs into secure, trust-enabled systems
Deliver demos, proofs of concept, and technical validations
Support strategic deals and unblock complex technical challenges
Design and implement consent-driven, standards-based architectures
Build prototypes and reference implementations
Guide end-to-end deployments and customer adoption
Produce technical documentation covering architecture, flows, and compliance considerations
Represent the organisation at workshops, summits, and industry events
Create reusable patterns and reference architectures
Feed customer insights into product and roadmap decisions
