About the Role

You will advise customers on integrations, configuration, and system design for financial workflows. You will assess requirements, support technical implementation workstreams, recommend suitable architecture, troubleshoot integration blockers, document repeatable solutions, and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical experience
  • ERP systems knowledge
  • Finance and accounting workflow knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers and internal teams on integrations, configuration, and system design
  • Assess customer requirements and propose scalable ERP, HRIS, and API solutions
  • Support technical implementation workstreams
  • Conduct technical discovery and recommend suitable architecture
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS and accounting integrations
  • Troubleshoot integration blockers and configuration decisions
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling
  • Channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering
