About the Role
You will embed with institutional customers and take deployments from signed deals to live chains in their environments. You will interpret complex technical, regulatory, audit, and control requirements, recommend durable solutions, and work directly with customer engineers. You will own integration code, permissioning, node topology, upgrade paths, and operational runbooks. You will build reference applications for collateral movement, tokenized deposit transfers, and settlement flows. You will participate in the on-call rotation, resolve production incidents, and collaborate on account priorities and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Own and operate production software, including participating in on-call support
- Code strongly in TypeScript or Rust, or learn them quickly from deep fluency in Java, C#, Go, or Python
- Have substantial experience in customer environments as a forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or technical founder
- Have depth in either banking infrastructure or crypto infrastructure
- For banking specialization, have experience building or integrating software for financial institutions or regulated financial infrastructure
- For banking specialization, understand core banking platforms, custody and key management, identity and entitlements, ISO 20022 or comparable messaging standards, enterprise authentication, and network architecture
- For banking specialization, understand risk, compliance, controls, SLAs, and procurement
- For crypto infrastructure specialization, have experience with Ethereum execution clients and node internals
- For crypto infrastructure specialization, use Rust in production and operate chain infrastructure, including topology, upgrades, synchronization, reorganization behavior, and monitoring
- For crypto infrastructure specialization, have Solidity experience or readiness to learn it and understand rollup and bridging mechanics
- Explain cryptographic trust guarantees to non-technical audiences
- Maintain working-hours overlap with North American and European customer time zones
Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments end to end, including integration code, permissioning, node topology, upgrade paths, and operational runbooks
- Build reference applications for collateral movement, tokenized deposit transfers, and settlement flows
- Operate Prividium and related services through a shared on-call rotation and resolve production incidents
- Work with Product and Sales on account priorities and with core engineering on platform improvements
Benefits
- Long-term token incentive paid in ZK tokens, with grants vesting over four years and a one-year cliff
- Fully remote work
