Its activities include institutional education and engagement, research and intelligence, ETH and ecosystem marketing, industry requirements discovery, and institutional events supporting tokenization, stablecoins, collateral, and on-chain market infrastructure.

About the Role
You will grow relationships with APAC financial institutions and support regional engagement through conferences, roundtables, workshops, and briefings. You will develop partnerships, gather market feedback, create institutional content, connect stakeholders with ecosystem participants, and support fundraising and partner development.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of traditional-finance experience
- Professional fluency in Mandarin or another major regional language in addition to English
- Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or Web3
- Network across APAC institutional finance
- Communication skills for private meetings and public industry forums
- Experience supporting workshops, roundtables, and relationship-driven engagements

- Build and grow relationships with APAC-based financial institutions

- Identify and develop partnerships across key APAC markets
- Gather market feedback and institutional demand
- Create content, briefings, and thought leadership for institutional stakeholders
