About the Role
Build the analyst relations function for ElevenAgents in North America, shape category narratives, prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries, manage briefings and communications, develop Gartner, Forrester, and IDC relationships, and pursue Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave inclusion.
Requirements
- Experience running or building an analyst relations function
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or CX and contact center technology
- Hands-on experience with Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave processes
- Ability to shape category narrative across multiple product lines
- Ability to prepare executives and technical leads for analyst briefings
- Experience with agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI is a bonus
