About the Role

Work alongside senior commercial officers while owning a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients. The role covers prospecting, qualification, deal execution, onboarding coordination, client coverage, CRM management, client materials, events, and market intelligence across custody, WaaS, staking, and tokenization.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant sales, business development, client coverage, or comparable client-facing experience in financial services, crypto, or fintech; fresh graduates are not eligible.
  • Strong understanding of crypto and traditional finance concepts, including custody, wallets, staking, tokenization, and institutional workflows.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and Google Workspace for administrative tasks, outreach, and deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and fluency in Mandarin.
  • Willingness to attend conferences, industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.
  • Based in Hong Kong and available full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Support VPs and senior institutional sales members across the full sales cycle.
  • Own a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients to drive activation, retention, trading activity, and wallet share.
  • Prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, RFP responses, account plans, and follow-up notes.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy and produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reports.
  • Coordinate with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to advance onboarding.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build relationships and source opportunities.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and client signals and share insights with stakeholders.
