About the Role

You oversee daily workflows across client relationships and ensure accurate and timely fund administration. You review bookkeeping capital activity financial statements reconciliations capital accounts and client reports. You support fund launches monitor risks resolve issues manage staff performance and training and contribute to reporting business continuity risk and efficiency projects.

Requirements

  • College degree in business accounting economics mathematics or finance
  • At least 5 years of accounting or financial services operations experience
  • At least 5 years of fund accounting experience
  • Accounting background preferred
  • Familiarity with private equity and real estate funds preferred
  • CPA or ACCA is a plus
  • Strong English and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Organizational negotiation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan schedule and manage daily workflows for client relationships
  • Review bookkeeping capital call and distribution packages financial statements bank reconciliations capital account statements and client reports
  • Facilitate new fund launches and client conversions
  • Monitor daily operations risks deliverables accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage team meetings feedback performance evaluations and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with controls procedures and operational guidelines
  • Resolve issues and support colleagues
  • Develop internal training classes
  • Build relationships with home site and interdepartmental contacts
  • Support special projects and operational improvements
