About the Role
You prepare and process monthly payrolls for India, Singapore, China and Malaysia. You manage employee queries, gather approvals, coordinate with HR, Finance and external payroll providers, support audits and payroll projects, provide accurate reporting, and monitor legislative changes to maintain compliance.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of payroll experience
- End-to-end APAC and India payroll experience
- Experience with Workday and CloudPay
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
- Knowledge of relevant payroll legislation
- Ability to learn additional regional payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payrolls for India Singapore China and Malaysia
- Manage full lifecycle payroll activities including year-end tasks and audits
- Answer employee payroll queries
- Coordinate with employees and stakeholders to obtain payroll information and approvals
- Partner with HR Finance and People teams on payroll reviews and queries
- Coordinate monthly processing with external payroll providers
- Support payroll audits reviews and special projects
- Monitor legislation changes and maintain payroll compliance
