About the Role
You will coordinate global audits and reporting timelines, prepare regulatory and license reports, develop board materials with fluctuation analysis, support monthly close, research accounting standards, and contribute to financial systems, transfer pricing, and finance projects.
Requirements
- Background in accounting or public accounting
- Experience at a technology company is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Experience working with international teams is advantageous
- Effective project management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver work on time
Responsibilities
- Project-manage global audits, reporting, and compliance timelines
- Prepare monthly and quarterly license and regulatory reports
- Prepare quarterly board slides with fluctuation analysis
- Assist with monthly close activities and entity reviews
- Research technical accounting standards and make recommendations
- Support financial system implementation and AI-enabled process improvements
- Support transfer pricing and intercompany analysis
- Assist with investor and board deliverables
- Contribute to ad hoc finance tasks and ongoing projects
