About the Role
You will own the monthly quarterly and annual financial close process and ensure accurate reporting. You will oversee accounting operations across multiple entities manage reconciliations payables receivables billing collections and revenue recognition. You will coordinate with accountants auditors tax advisors and payroll providers support compliance and budgeting and improve finance systems automation reporting infrastructure and data quality. You will also contribute to audits due diligence and strategic finance projects.
Requirements
- CPA qualification with a Big 4 background
- 5+ years of in-house finance experience following Big 4
- Meaningful Controller-level responsibility
- Experience across at least two in-house finance roles or companies following Big 4
- Significant experience in a high-growth technology company or SaaS business
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and customer contract accounting
- Experience managing multi-entity and international accounting environments
- Ability to independently manage an end-to-end monthly close process
- Experience overseeing bookkeeping or accounting teams
- Experience with departmental budgets budget-to-actual analysis and financial forecasting
- High proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial systems and large datasets
- Ability to understand broader business and financial context
- Ability to build and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving high-growth environment
- Fluent English
- Experience with QuickBooks or Priority
- Experience with NetSuite and ERP implementation or migration
- Experience working with US and Israeli entities
- Experience with SaaS billing collections and revenue operations
- Experience implementing finance systems automation and scalable reporting processes
- Experience supporting audits fundraising or financial due diligence
Responsibilities
- Own monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Oversee accounting operations across the US parent company and international subsidiaries
- Manage bookkeeping operations
- Own balance sheet intercompany cash and working capital reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable accounts receivable billing and collections
- Improve financial processes internal controls reconciliations and accounting policies
- Oversee SaaS revenue recognition and contract accounting
- Coordinate with external accountants auditors tax advisors payroll providers and finance vendors
- Support statutory reporting tax filings and compliance requirements
- Manage departmental budgets and analyze actual spend against budget
- Support annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting
- Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders on financial reporting and forecasts
- Improve finance systems automation reporting infrastructure and data quality
- Support audits due diligence and strategic finance projects
- Develop finance processes as the company scales
