About the Role
You will process vendor invoices, support weekly disbursements, maintain vendor records, and reconcile payable and cash accounts. You will assist with accounting integration, internal controls, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required export authorization
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices with proper coding, approvals, and documentation
- Support weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs
- Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
- Assist with payables and cash-account reconciliations
- Support accounting integration and policy adoption for acquired companies
- Follow and document internal controls
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support financial reporting and audit requests
