About the Role
You will maintain accounting records, support accounts payable and receivable administration, prepare draft journal entries, and assist with reconciliations. You will support close activities, organize financial documents, help with audit preparation and reporting requests, perform basic financial analysis, and follow accounting and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Understand accounting principles
- Use Microsoft Excel
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
- Prepare draft journal entries
- Assist with account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Organize financial documents and electronic files
- Assist with audit preparation and internal reporting requests
- Perform financial analysis and ad hoc projects
- Follow accounting standards, company policies, and confidentiality requirements
