About the Role
You will strengthen legislation and regulator-level disclosure channels affecting AI whistleblowers. You will provide policy drafting and briefings, build coalitions and relationships with policymakers and agencies, track relevant legislation, publish policy materials, and manage fellows conducting exploratory research.

Responsibilities
- Inform federal and state whistleblower legislation and adjacent AI bills
- Provide model policy, technical drafting support, policymaker briefings, and public education
- Build coalitions to strengthen whistleblowing law
- Support congressional, federal, and state bodies in improving disclosure channels
- Build relationships with disclosure-channel operators and assess channel quality
- Track AI and whistleblower legislation across state legislatures
- Publish policy materials and op-eds
- Manage fellows conducting exploratory research
- Map legislative processes with lobbyists and identify key decision-makers
