About the Role

You will design, build, launch, and improve production AI voices. You will record and edit audio, configure voices using platform tools, work with customers on requirements, manage language contractors, measure quality, and inform voice-platform tooling priorities.

Requirements

Professional experience in audio sound or voice design
Experience recording and editing speech and audio
Fluency with audio tooling and DAWs such as Pro Tools Logic Ableton Audition or iZotope RX
Experience with speech synthesis TTS voice cloning or conversational AI voice tooling
Portfolio or body of work demonstrating audio craft
Comfort with scripts CLI commands configuration changes code-level tweaks and pull requests
Experience working directly with clients

Responsibilities

Develop production-ready voices for European locales and customers
Tune voices using platform tooling and submit pull requests
Source direct and record voice talent
Edit and prepare audio files for the voice pipeline
Translate customer requirements into voice specifications
Define voice-quality measures and feedback loops
Manage native-language contractors and evaluation processes
Collate customer feedback to inform the voice-platform roadmap
