About the Role
You will design and optimize AI conversation experiences across chat, voice, SMS, and email. You will advise customers and stakeholders on conversation-design practices, evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns, create scalable evaluation frameworks and documentation, and work with Engineering and Product to investigate quality gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in voice experience design, conversation design, product management, applied linguistics, or a related field
- Experience building evaluation frameworks, rubrics, or QA processes
- Communication skills across technical and business contexts
- Ability to work closely with product in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize AI conversation experiences across chat, voice, SMS, and email
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on conversation-design best practices
- Evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns
- Build frameworks for assessing conversation and voice performance
- Enable the Customer team to apply design judgment independently
- Partner with Engineering and Product to investigate quality gaps and recommend improvements
- Create documentation and share best practices across deployments
