About the Role
You will design and optimize enterprise AI conversation experiences across chat, voice, SMS, and email. You will advise customers and internal stakeholders on conversation design, evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns, create assessment frameworks and documentation, and work with Engineering and Product to address quality gaps.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in voice experience design, conversation design, product management, applied linguistics, or a related area
- Experience building evaluation frameworks, rubrics, or QA processes
- Strong communication skills across technical and business contexts
- Ability to work closely with product in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize enterprise AI conversation experiences across chat, voice, SMS, and email channels
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on conversation design best practices
- Evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns
- Build repeatable frameworks for assessing conversation and voice performance
- Enable the Customer team to apply design judgment independently
- Partner with Engineering and Product to investigate quality gaps and recommend improvements
- Create documentation and share best practices across deployments
