About the Role
You will lead AI delivery engagements from discovery through deployment and optimization. You will gather requirements, design conversational solutions and virtual agents, manage customer implementations, tune model performance, align stakeholders, and enable customers to build and QA their own models.
Requirements
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience
- Cross-functional coordination
- 2+ years of experience in conversational design, conversational AI, bot development, or related fields
- Enterprise customer implementation, consulting, or delivery experience
- Experience presenting complex solutions to executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI delivery projects including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, build, deployment, QA, and optimization
- Shape scalable conversational-design delivery frameworks and best practices
- Manage concurrent customer implementations, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
- Define scope, track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution
- Translate customer objectives into conversational AI solutions
- Lead customer working sessions, solution reviews, and executive presentations
- Maintain and tune models for quality and measurable impact
- Deliver customer enablement for designing, building, and QAing AI models
- Design and develop virtual agents using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid architectures
- Contribute to documentation, implementation standards, and repeatable delivery methodologies
