About the Role
You will lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through renewal, including SSO and connector setup. You will create success plans and EBRs, manage delivery programs and project plans, monitor adoption and satisfaction, resolve risks and escalations, and improve onboarding processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, technical customer success, or technical account management for enterprise SaaS customers
- Understanding of software development life cycles, Agile, and DevOps
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management and communication abilities
- Experience serving enterprise clients
- Experience with process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments and guide SSO and connector setup
- Manage delivery from kickoff through renewal
- Create and execute joint success plans and EBRs
- Provide program management and tailored project plans
- Facilitate cross-functional delivery and technical collaboration
- Provide technical guidance and manage escalations
- Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and satisfaction
- Identify and resolve risks and blockers
- Improve onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Provide feedback for process and product improvements
