About the Role
You will guide enterprise customers through AI-agent deployments, from scoping through adoption and value realization. You will build strategic customer relationships, communicate with stakeholders, identify initiatives, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the product based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role
- Experience managing large customers and highly visible multi-stakeholder projects
- Communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes
- Technical acumen and interest in the agent-building process
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and its operating foundations
- Build long-term customer partnerships and act as a strategic advisor
- Guide customers from project scoping through adoption and value realization
- Develop expertise in product functionality and AI-agent best practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives
- Identify projects and initiatives that support customers and the team
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify improvements and influence the roadmap
