About the Role
You will manage agent liquidity and cash operations across Cameroon while ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. You will lead the liquidity team, monitor nationwide liquidity, coordinate cash logistics, manage agent relationships, uphold security procedures, improve processes, and travel frequently within the country.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- 5+ years of experience in cash movements Cash-In-Transit or treasury
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Business Management or a comparable field
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Cameroon
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of agent network management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Experience with process documentation and knowledge transfer
- Experience leading a team responsible for the daily operation of an agent network
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the liquidity team
- Develop materials for the liquidity department
- Monitor liquidity status nationwide
- Identify priority areas and solutions for liquidity needs
- Coordinate liquidity logistics across the agent network
- Manage the agent network to minimize liquidity distress
- Adhere to security standards and procedures
- Report operational challenges promptly
