About the Role
You will work with customers to define trusted performance metrics and operationalize them. You will deliver and improve those metrics by diagnosing performance, designing experiments, and driving changes. You will also build reusable product features and measurement frameworks, and provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research from demanding deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data science, analytics, or another quantitative role
- Experience driving end-to-end analyses that inform decisions
- Ability to interpret metrics and prioritize important analyses
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations
- Ability to align stakeholders on definitions of success
- Fluency in SQL and Python
- Ability to work with large volumes of messy, unstructured conversational data
Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize customer performance metrics
- Deliver metrics and provide transparent data access
- Diagnose performance drivers, design experiments, and drive metric improvements
- Build product features, tools, and frameworks for measurement
- Define success measures for new initiatives
- Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research from deployments
