About the Role
You will build measurement and insight foundations for ads demand and advertiser value. You will define metrics and benchmarks, diagnose demand changes, design experiments, forecast outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and translate advertiser feedback into product priorities.

Responsibilities
- Define demand-health metrics, diagnostic frameworks, and measurement strategies
- Measure spend, active advertisers, retention, budget utilization, delivery, concentration, and mix
- Diagnose demand changes through cohort analysis, decomposition, experimentation, and causal methods
- Measure advertiser delivery, ROAS, conversion performance, retention, and budget efficiency
- Establish advertiser benchmarks and peer comparisons
- Develop early-warning signals and opportunity scoring
- Set metric definitions and data quality standards
- Design measurement plans and experiments
- Convert advertiser feedback into prioritized product opportunities
- Segment demand, size opportunities, forecast outcomes, and inform demand strategy
- Estimate advertiser value and measure product-launch impact
