About the Role
Build and scale an affiliate program into a meaningful revenue line by recruiting and growing affiliates, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating tracking and creative work, detecting fraud, maintaining compliance, and optimizing CAC and attribution.
Requirements
- 3+ years running affiliate marketing as the program owner.
- Track record with scalable affiliate programs in web2, SaaS, fintech, gambling, sports betting, forex/CFD, or crypto exchanges.
- Strong numerical skills with LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, and attribution windows.
- Ability to read SQL-style reports and identify actionable optimization levers.
- Experience negotiating rev-share and CPA deals.
- Hands-on experience with an affiliate tracking platform such as Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, Post Affiliate Pro, or a custom solution.
- Fluent written English for partner communications, contracts, and dispute replies.
Responsibilities
- Build the affiliate program by recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliates.
- Negotiate rev-share, CPA, hybrid models, cookie windows, payout schedules, and reporting cadence.
- Coordinate landing pages, creatives, tracking links, promo codes, and launch windows with marketing, content, and product.
- Specify and implement tracking and attribution changes with engineering.
- Detect and remove affiliate fraud, including cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, and blow-up farming.
- Ensure affiliate copy and geo-targeting comply with regulations in relevant markets.
- Reduce CAC while scaling attributable revenue month over month.
