About the Role
You will engage, onboard, educate, and support affiliates, introducing brokers, academies, and media partners. You will negotiate new partnerships, collect and present performance data, support promotions and payments, and optimise activity to achieve positive return on investment.
Requirements
- Native Arabic and a high level of English
- Understanding of the GCC fintech landscape and an existing partner network
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role at a global company
- Knowledge of trading and equities
- Experience across marketing channels, preferably growth marketing
- Experience meeting monthly KPIs
- Project management ability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Engage new affiliates through various channels
- Support marketing affiliate onboarding
- Search for, negotiate with, and onboard new partners
- Provide timely support to existing affiliates
- Educate affiliates on available tools and resources
- Engage introducing brokers and academies
- Collect and present performance data to marketing management
- Support promotion execution and payments
- Optimise and analyse activity to achieve positive ROI
