About the Role
This role focuses on KOL management, partnership development, data analysis, reporting, and strategy development to promote OKX and grow its user base in Northeast Asia.
Requirements
- Prior business development experience in the crypto or platform industry.
- Impeccable local-language and English-language skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret findings to drive business performance.
- Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous circumstances.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and champion new ideas.
- Knowledge of offshore markets relevant to digital asset spot trading, derivatives, and margin lending is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify and collaborate with KOLs to promote the exchange in Northeast Asia.
- Manage KOL relationships, including top-trader ambassadors.
- Ensure KOL alignment with the exchange's brand image and values.
- Develop promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations with KOL partners.
- Analyze KOL performance and report on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on KOL-led growth strategies.
