About the Role
You will design and run scalable onboarding, lifecycle, workshop, and adoption programs for corporate and mid-market customers. You will build product expertise, audit customer configurations, analyze adoption metrics, develop playbooks, and coordinate regional enablement campaigns with internal and implementation partners.

Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable customer enablement and activation programs.
- Develop product expertise across the platform.
- Audit customer prompts, configurations, and feature setup and recommend improvements.
- Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven strategies and playbooks.
- Deliver targeted adoption campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
- Unify adoption strategy with implementation partners and internal teams.
- Support local GTM and global initiatives.
