About the Role

You will act as the dedicated primary contact for clients and provide exceptional service. You will engage with clients by phone and email, discuss financial markets and investment strategies, explain the platform's products and services, manage the end-to-end client experience, and resolve complex, high-priority inquiries.

Requirements

• Business fluency in German and English
• Interest in financial markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Smart Portfolios, and CFDs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable
• Client-facing experience in account management, retention, or customer service within financial services
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new products and adapt to market trends
• Ability to use AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve client communication, and support account growth

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary dedicated point of contact for clients
• Engage clients by telephone and email to discuss financial markets and investment strategies
• Provide expert insights into products and services
• Manage the full client experience from education through long-term retention
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve high-priority issues
