About the Role
You will support existing customers by keeping their business information accurate and up to date. You will review customer data, documents, and account applications; contact customers by email and phone for additional information; process maintenance requests; and assist with customer lifecycle management, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, written and spoken
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and address issues promptly
- Interest in compliance and regulations
- Ability to assess complex cases against compliance requirements
- Customer communication skills by phone and email
Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and verify customer data and documents
- Contact customers by email to request additional information for open requests
- Review account applications according to guidelines and policies
- Process customer maintenance requests and maintain accurate customer data
- Support customer lifecycle management tasks
- Call customers to assist with onboarding and information updates
