About the Role
You will manage supplier accounting activities, including invoice matching, invoice recording, payment batches, reconciliations, account monitoring, and closing activities. You will review and process expense reports, support fee declarations, communicate with suppliers and employees, and respond to auditors' questions during annual audits.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum BTS, DUT, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate strong Excel skills
- Use ERP systems
- Work with AI and current tools
- Demonstrate analytical skills
- Communicate and work in a team
- Demonstrate good English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Match invoices against purchase orders
- Record invoices and review items on the approved platform
- Prepare payment batches
- Perform account reconciliations
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Analyse and monitor accounts and follow up with suppliers and employees
- Contribute to annual audits by answering auditors' questions
- Review expense reports
- Book entries, prepare payments, and reconcile expense reports
- Support fee declarations
