About the Role
You will develop and expand direct relationships with major clients by identifying new opportunities and providing ongoing support. You will uncover latent client needs, form teams of two to four people, create promotional proposals combining brand values with consumer interests, present the proposal, secure orders, oversee implementation, analyze results, and develop follow-up proposals. You will work across entertainment content such as manga, anime, influencers, and creators.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Approach customers and conduct business meetings
- Uncover latent client needs through proactive proposals and dialogue
- Form teams of two to four people according to client needs
- Develop project structures and promotional concepts from scratch
- Present proposals and production strategies
- Secure client orders
- Follow up through implementation
- Analyze campaign results after implementation
- Develop subsequent proposals
