About the Role
You will manage relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels, working on a wide portfolio of mid-sized, fast-growth accounts. You will collaborate closely with other Account Managers, ramp and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth and customer satisfaction, and drive commercial discussions to meet strategic and financial targets. You will prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where relevant, and serve as an internal feedback loop for your customers. You will become an expert in the global payments landscape and level up your skills through the AM Academy. Some domestic and international travel is required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management, consulting, or the payments industry from a merchant side
- Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services is a bonus
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to work from the Chicago office in a hybrid model
