About the Role
You will manage reasonable accommodation requests from employees and candidates, lead interactive processes, and resolve complex cases. You will develop scalable policies and documentation, train stakeholders, protect confidential records, coordinate with internal and external partners, and analyze accommodation trends.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the ADA and applicable state disability accommodation laws
- Experience applying the interactive process to accommodation decisions
- Experience independently managing complex and legally sensitive accommodation cases
- Ability to handle sensitive medical and disability information
- Clear communication with employees, managers, and HR
- 5+ years of progressive reasonable accommodation experience
- Familiarity with Disclo, Sparrow, or similar platforms
- Experience with international accommodation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. reasonable accommodation requests from intake through resolution
- Own international accommodation requests with regional People Partners and Employment Legal
- Resolve complex, high-stakes, and legally ambiguous cases
- Partner with Benefits and external accommodation platform vendors
- Build scalable accommodation processes, frameworks, and documentation
- Deliver accommodation training and guidance
- Maintain confidential accommodation records
- Track accommodation metrics and identify systemic risks
