About the Role
You will administer leave and accommodation programs through case management, issue resolution, work distribution, pay-impacting file research, and records management. You will identify and implement process improvements, maintain accurate case records, prioritize high-volume work, and deliver timely, compliant results.
Requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of FMLA, leave management, ADAAA, disability accommodations, and HR processes.
- Research complex issues, evaluate case details, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Use employee data, reporting tools, HRIS, case management, and knowledge management systems.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills.
- Manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results.
