About the Role

You will own HR systems administration, configuration, security, integrations, releases, and vendor relationships. You will lead HR technology projects from requirements through rollout, automate manual workflows, maintain compliance controls and audit evidence, govern People data, build reports and dashboards, support cyclical operations, and train stakeholders on system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations
  • End-to-end business process design experience
  • Ability to translate business needs into working system solutions
  • Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling
  • Data management, reporting, data audit, and data governance experience
  • SOX or audit compliance experience
  • Project management capability

Responsibilities

  • Manage ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, custom fields, and system health
  • Translate business requirements into configured, tested, and validated system solutions
  • Own configuration, testing, and rollout of product releases and enhancements
  • Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, finance, and core HR platforms
  • Manage role-based access and maintain SOX-ready access review evidence
  • Manage vendor relationships, escalations, SLA tracking, and contract awareness
  • Lead HR systems and data projects from scoping through documentation
  • Automate manual People Operations workflows using AI-assisted tools
  • Maintain documented controls and organize audit evidence
  • Establish data definitions, quality standards, field ownership, and retention policies
  • Build reports and executive-facing dashboards and analyze People data
  • Run recurring data audits and maintain audit logs
  • Maintain process documentation and deliver training materials
  • Provide support for system questions, access issues, and ad hoc requests
  • Own systems support for open enrollment, compensation cycles, re-organizations, payroll close, and year-end processes
