About the Role
Join Bitdeer's 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee program to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, marketing, and branding while developing business and technical skills in the blockchain and high-performance computing industries.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degrees from any discipline, or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise and experience in a relevant area of interest
- Strong passion for blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers
- Impressive academic, extracurricular, internship, skills, or personal achievements
- High motivation, ownership, accountability, and commitment to pursuing professional interests
Responsibilities
- Develop a global mindset and collaborate with colleagues from other regions
- Develop business and technical skill sets
- Rotate within related business functions or across departments
- Deepen industry knowledge under functional team leader mentorship
- Contribute to meaningful business projects
