About the Role

The Workplace Site Coordinator supports daily operational needs at an in-person data center construction site, coordinating logistics, vendor services, supplies, employee support, onboarding, events, safety initiatives, administrative activities, and maintenance communication.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, construction support, or facilities coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple activities

Responsibilities

  • Order and track office supplies and inventory
  • Organize shared spaces, conference rooms, and workplace layouts
  • Coordinate meetings, food orders, internal events, and site tours
  • Facilitate communications and job-specific forms
  • Serve as the point of contact for visitors and new hires
  • Manage PPE distribution and workplace readiness
  • Onboard contractors and visitors, including badges, orientation, and compliance checks
  • Liaise with vendors for deliveries, catering, janitorial, and site services
  • Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives
  • Track daily operational activities and escalate issues
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Maintain a safe and functional workplace
  • Partner with construction contractors and other primes
  • Provide receptionist coverage and manage mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding
  • Liaise with the general contractor regarding maintenance issues and repairs
